Do you still use paper forms to gather information from people? Perhaps you track everything in a spreadsheet when people email you? Maybe your reception desk has a paper sign-in sheet? All of those could be replaced by a simple Google Form.
Now you don’t even need to manually create it - Gemini can do it for you.
Create a Google Form with Gemini
- Go to forms.new to start creating a new form
- Describe your form in the prompt box and click create (if you have an existing document with all the fields, tag it with the @ symbol)

- Check the preview of the form Gemini has created and click ‘Create form’ (rewrite the prompt at the top if the form is wrong)
- Click the ‘Share’ button
- Choose your responder view (if you want the public to complete it, choose ‘Anyone with the link’ and click done

- Click ‘Publish’
- Click ‘Copy responder link’
- Share the link in whichever way you like!

There really is no excuse to use paper and manually type up responses anymore. Whilst it looks like a lot of steps, all of the above can take under a minute!
