Gemini can create forms now

Do you still use paper forms to gather information from people? Perhaps you track everything in a spreadsheet when people email you? Maybe your reception desk has a paper sign-in sheet? All of those could be replaced by a simple Google Form.

Now you don’t even need to manually create it - Gemini can do it for you.

Create a Google Form with Gemini

  1. Go to forms.new to start creating a new form
  2. Describe your form in the prompt box and click create (if you have an existing document with all the fields, tag it with the @ symbol)
  1. Check the preview of the form Gemini has created and click ‘Create form’ (rewrite the prompt at the top if the form is wrong)
  2. Click the ‘Share’ button
  3. Choose your responder view (if you want the public to complete it, choose ‘Anyone with the link’ and click done
  1. Click ‘Publish’
  2. Click ‘Copy responder link’
  3. Share the link in whichever way you like!

There really is no excuse to use paper and manually type up responses anymore. Whilst it looks like a lot of steps, all of the above can take under a minute!

See you in a week for the next one!
